Buying a home can be one of the biggest investments you will ever make. When the time is right to make a move - whether it's buying a new home in a different neighborhood or relocating, let a trusted partner like me guide you through the process.

Pre-qualification Process

This is an important step: first, find out how much home you can afford. Knowing this helps you focus your home search and saves you time. To determine your buying power, you should meet with a mortgage professional. 

It is a very competitive market so I recommend that you strengthen your buying power by getting Pre-approved. With pre-approval, you work with a lender who verifies information and guarantees financing. When you're preapproved, you can shop with peace of mind. Your financing is a surer thing, so when you find a home you like, we can move quickly. Pre-approval may give you the competitive edge you need when negotiating or when a seller receives multiple offers, because sellers tend to favor buyers who have financing in place.

Home Search

Finding a new home is exciting, but is also a big decision. Each community has a heartbeat of its own and we will make sure we explore them with your needs in mind. Lifestyle, commute, community involvement, all of these things may be a consideration. Let me access the tools available to tailor your search for your new home.

The offer

When you find the home you want to buy, it's time to move forward. Together we will decide on a reasonable and realistic offer, which will be presented to the seller and his agent.

I will work with you during this "due-diligence" process, making sure you understand all conditions, provisions and obligations of your contract to buy, and I will guide you through appraisals, inspections, and more. I will be by your side and get you through to Closing. Then all you need to say is Home Sweet Home!
